Scope: Supply and installation of custom garage doors across multiple display homes and the design and installation of a Dynamic Door Service display.

Dynamic Door Service was proud to partner with several of Queensland’s leading builders to supply garage doors for the landmark Lilywood Landings Display Village. As the first display village in the new city of Waraba, the development showcases almost 30 homes from 16 of the state’s most respected builders, providing inspiration for new home buyers through a diverse range of contemporary home designs, layouts and finishes.
Dynamic supplied and installed premium garage doors for display homes by Neptune Homes, Burbank, Brighton Homes, Nu Trend Homes and Simonds Homes, ensuring each door complemented the unique architectural style of the individual home. In addition, Dynamic installed a dedicated display highlighting its range of Home Enhancers—including smart technology, security and convenience accessories designed to keep garages safe, secure and connected. The display educates visitors on how products such as smart openers, battery backup, E-Lock, wireless PE Beams and smart cameras can enhance the performance, security and everyday functionality of their garage.
